Yes. The chat module lets you create channels freely: a general channel, a private board channel, or a maintenance-team channel. Channels are visible only to invited members.
Media Bank organizes files into hierarchical project folders. You can create subfolders (e.g. "2025 annual meeting", "Pipe renovation") and search files by name. Deleted files go to the trash, where they can be restored.
Yes. In the Sopparikone module, you can send a contract to recipients for e-signature. The recipient signs directly in the browser using an electronic signature pad.
